1. Cài đặt ứng dụng **TeamViewer QuickSupport** cho điện thoại Android của bạn trên Google Play hoặc từ link này: <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teamviewer.quicksupport.market><br>

Cài xong bạn hãy mở **TeamViewer QuickSupport** lên và chọn **THIẾT LẬP** quyền quy cập đặc biệt

2\. Cài đặt phần bổ sung **TeamViewer Universal Add-On** cho phép điều khiển kết nối với điện thoại Android của bạn trên Google Play hoặc theo link này: <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teamviewer.quicksupport.addon.universal>&#x20;

3\. Kích hoạt phần Add-on của TeamViewer trong cài đặt chung của điện thoại. Mở **Cài đặt chung** của điện thoại lên và chọn Tìm kiếm cài đặt.

Gõ từ khóa TeamViewer để tìm tới mục cài đặt cho Add-on. Thông thường sẽ nằm ở vị trí: ...***Cài đặt bổ sung -> Trợ năng -> Các dịch vụ đã tải xuống -> Thêm dịch vụ đã tải -> TeamViewer Universal Add-On***

Và kích hoạt chế độ **Khả năng truy cập**, như hình bên dưới

4\. Mở ứng dụng **TeamViewer QuickSupport** lên, lấy mã số ID và gửi cho chúng tôi để kết nối qua hỗ trợ bạn.
