# Giới thiệu

Ứng dụng vTools Survey cho điện thoại, máy tính bảng chạy Android 8.0 trở lên

Tiện ích hỗ trợ khảo sát thực địa cho điện thoại thông minh, phục vụ các ngành liên quan tới bản đồ như Lâm Nghiệp, Môi Trường, Địa Chính, Giao Thông, Địa Chất, Quy Hoạch, Bất Động Sản..v.v...

Ứng dụng giúp cho việc thành lập bản đồ, lập kế hoạch quản lý và công tác kiểm tra hiện trường được đơn giản, nhanh chóng và thuận tiện. 

Tích hợp đầy đủ các chức năng tương tự như máy GPS cầm tay và còn được bổ sung thêm nhiều chức năng mới để biến chiếc điện thoại của bạn trở thành công cụ hỗ trợ đắc lực cho công việc khảo sát, điều tra, lập kế hoạchquản lý trên thực địa được dễ dàng nhất.

### Các chức năng chính của ứng dụng:

* Định vị, vị trí hiện tại, góc hướng nhìn thực tế trên thực địa. Giúp xác định hướng tốt hơn.
* Cho phép người dùng tạo trực tiếp các đối tượng (Điểm, Đường, Vùng, Điểm mốc tọa độ, tuyến Tracklog).
* Cho phép đo vẽ nhanh diện tích, khoảng cách chiều dài của các đối tượng trên thực địa.
* Người dùng có thể đồng thời vừa tạo Tracklog, vừa tạo Điểm, Đường, Vùng cùng lúc khi đang di chuyển. Chế độ tracklog cho phép chạy ngầm.
* Hỗ trợ lưu các thông tin thuộc tính, hình ảnh trên thực địa.
* Người dùng có thể tự định nghĩa mẫu biểu, mẫu form hoặc các trường dữ liệu cần thu thập. Và chia sẻ nhanh chóng cho cả nhóm thông qua mã QR code hoặc xuất ra file.
* Tìm kiếm điểm mốc, nhập danh sách các điểm mốc từ dữ liệu TEXT(*.txt), Excel (*.xls, *.xlsx), CSV (*.csv) và chuyển đổi hệ tọa độ điểm trực tiếp trên máy.
* Cho phép nhập danh sách các điểm cần kiểm tra bằng tay (VD như cần kiểm tra vị trí trích lục của sổ đỏ).
* Hỗ trợ mở trực tiếp các dữ liệu thông dụng như Excel, GPS/GPX, KML/KMZ, GeoJSON, AutoCAD DXF, MicroStation DGN, ESRI Shapefile SHP, MapInfo TAB, gCadas GTP, GeoTIFF, JPG, PNG, MBTiles
* Hỗ trợ mở trực tiếp dữ liệu GeoPDF với đầy đủ các tiêu chuẩn định dạng.
* Hỗ trợ tìm kiếm nhanh theo thông tin thuộc tính của các lớp dữ liệu GeoJSON, Shapefile SHP, MapInfo TAB, gCadas GTP và MBTiles Vector.
* Tích hợp sẵn dữ liệu đường bình độ toàn cầu độ phân giải 10m.
* Hỗ trợ xuất các dữ liệu ra định dạng GPX, KML, GeoJSON, Excel, AutoCAD DXF, MapInfo TAB, Shapefile SHP và chia sẻ qua Email, Drive, Zalo, Facebook .v.v....
* Hỗ trợ đầy đủ các hệ chiếu VN 2000 của các địa phương và toàn quốc của Việt Nam.
* Hỗ trợ hơn 5000 hệ chiếu của các quốc gia, vùng lãnh thổ khác trên thế giới.
* Hỗ trợ các hệ chiếu cũ như Hà Nội 1972 (HN 72).
* Hỗ trợ tính năng la bàn số
* Hỗ trợ đọc dữ liệu bản đồ offline MBTiles và quản lý thông minh các lớp dữ liệu.
* Hỗ trợ kèm theo công cụ giúp chuyển đổi MBTiles tích hợp sẵn, giúp xem được thuộc tính trực tiếp từ lớp MBTiles Vector.
* Hỗ trợ chuyển đổi bảng mã TCVN3, VNI cho font tiếng Việt trong chức năng xem thông tin thuộc tính.
* Hỗ trợ chụp ảnh thực địa, lưu vị trí, hướng chụp trên hình ảnh và cả thông tin Exif, GeoTag
* Hỗ trợ chức năng cho phép người dùng tải bản đồ nền Google, MapBox, Bing, ESRI, OSM trực tiếp trên máy để sử dụng offline.
* Hỗ trợ dịch vụ bản đồ TMS and WMS.
* Tính năng cho phép người dùng trực tiếp tìm và sử dụng các dữ liệu ảnh vệ tinh Landsat 8 (chu kỳ cập nhật 16 ngày) và Sentinel 2 (chu kỳ cập nhật 5 ngày) từ kho dữ liệu ảnh.

# Cài đặt hệ chiếu

Cài đặt hệ chiếu VN 2000 địa phương và toàn quốc hoặc bất kỳ hệ chiếu nào cho các quốc gia và vùng lãnh thổ trên thế giới, hỗ trợ hơn 5000 hệ chiếu có sẵn

Mở menu chính của ứng dụng và chọn **Cài đặt bản đồ**

Chọn nút tìm kiếm và nhập tên hệ chiếu cần tìm như ví dụ bên dưới

Chọn vào hệ chiếu và **Đặt làm mặc định**

# Cài đặt bản đồ và tải nền offline

Cài đặt loại bản đồ nền và chọn khu vực cần tải dữ liệu nền offline sử dụng ngoại tuyến khi đi thực địa không có 3G, Wifi

Mở menu chính của ứng dụng và chọn **Cài đặt bản đồ**

Tiếp theo chọn sang tab **BẢN ĐỒ**, chọn loại bản đồ bạn muốn sử dụng

# Chính sách cập nhật dữ liệu

Một số thông tin về chính sách cập nhật ảnh nền vệ tinh, giao thông từ các nhà cung cấp Google, Bing, Here...

Google có chính sách cập nhật ảnh vệ tinh theo chính sách ưu tiên khu vực đông dân cư như thành phố, thị trấn, thị xã vvv... tới vùng sâu vùng xa.&#x20;

Và điều kiện để họ cập nhật là khi họ mua được ảnh chất lượng tốt, ít mây thì họ mới cập nhật lên, một số khu vực quanh năm nhiều mây thì đúng là rất khó để có thể chụp đc 1 cảnh tốt ít mây.&#x20;

Vì vệ tinh là bay theo lịch, lúc có mây nó bay qua nó chụp còn lúc nắng đẹp ít mây trời trong xanh thì nó lại chưa tới lịch bay tới khu vực đó. Nên có nhưng khu vực 2, 3 năm cũng ko có ảnh đạt chất lượng để Google cập nhật trường hợp này thì cũng là khách quan hên xui.&#x20;

Và khi có ảnh đạt yêu cầu, Google sẽ cập nhật lên Google Earth trước nó là con đẻ của Google nên đc ưu tiên là đương nhiên. Sau đó mới tới các dịch vụ bên thứ 3 như vTools được cập nhật, nhiều khi có thể trên Google Earth có ảnh mới rồi nhưng các dịch vụ bên thứ 3 phải sau đó 1 vài tuần có khi cả tháng.&#x20;

Vì để xử lý dữ liệu ảnh cho toàn cầu là việc ko nhanh chóng đc. Đến đây thì chắc bạn đã hiểu vì sao có những khu vực Google Earth mới hơn vTools hoặc các dịch vụ tương tự rồi chứ Ngoài những dữ liệu ảnh Google, Bing...vTools còn hỗ trợ ảnh từ kho Sentinel 2 và Landsat 8, đây là 2 kho ảnh quốc tế, cập nhật liên tục, dù ảnh có mây hay ko có mây họ cũng liên tục cập nhật.&#x20;

Tuy nhiên độ phân giải thì không thể cao như ảnh Google, nên đa số mọi người sẽ kết hợp ảnh Google, Bing, và cả Sentinel 2, Landsat 8 để kiểm tra biến động cùng với những thông tin hiện trạng đang được quản lý. Nói chung là vTools có thêm những nguồn thông tin ảnh vệ tinh để các bạn tham khảo hỗ trợ cho công tác theo dõi diễn biến rừng, nông nghiệp, v.v...

# Sửa lỗi dữ liệu KML/KMZ

Dữ liệu bản đồ KML/KMZ được xuất ra từ 1 số ứng dụng khác từ máy tính có thể chưa đúng chuẩn, dẫn đến việc đọc trên vTools Survey bị lỗi định dạng. Bạn có thể thử một số cách sau để sửa lỗi dữ liệu.

1.1 Tải và cài đặt Google Earth tại đây nếu máy tính của bạn chưa có

1.2 Mở dữ liệu KML/KMZ bị lỗi với Google Earth, nếu thành công bạn chọn Save Place As... và lưu thành file dữ liệu khác để sửa lỗi. \
Sau đó, sao chép dữ liệu mới vào điện thoại và thử mở lại trên vTools Survey

**II. SỬ DỤNG QGIS**

2.1 Tải và cài đặt QGIS tại đây nếu máy tính của bạn chưa có\

2.2 Mở dữ liệu KML/KMZ bị lỗi với QGIS, nếu thành công bạn chọn lớp dữ liệu -> Export -> Save Features As... và lưu thành file dữ liệu khác để sửa lỗi. \
Sau đó, sao chép dữ liệu mới vào điện thoại và thử mở lại trên vTools Survey

# Kiểm tra và sửa lỗi GPS

Khi GPS trên điện thoại hoặc máy tính bảng gặp vấn đề, không thể lấy được tọa độ. Hãy thử một số cách kiểm tra và sửa lỗi khi GPS của thiết bị gặp sự cố không thể định vị được vị trí hiện tại

Đầu tiên, hãy thử **khởi động lại** thiết bị điện thoại hoặc máy tính bảng của bạn, một số dòng máy gặp sự cố từ hệ thống Android nên khởi động lại có thể sửa lỗi GPS.
